TNS was conceived by Dr Norberg as a better albumin that could manage the third spacing of sepsis. This novel product was named in the classic manner after the discoverer: The Norberg Solution, abbreviated as TNS.
This project was never funded by any third parties. The project was unable to be developed into a clinical medicine usage until recently. Major changes in FDA regulations permitted the development of TNS.
The first clinical application was permitted by the USA FDA major changes in compound product regulations. These new guidelines were followed to allow the first BioPharma medical treatment of sepsis.
Clinical Treatment Patient Care Series
A total of 12 patients were treated with TNS and all survived. Further patient use was precluded by the Covid epidemic. All twelve patients survived their severe sepsis disease and recovered fully.
