TNS Usage Guidelines
TNS is a novel medication bfor the treatment of sepsis. TNS uses human sourced products each having FDA approval. FDA Compounding Guidance, January 1, 2018 is the guiding document.
TNS is a larger Albumin molecule (17%) created by the compounding of Human Serum Albumin and Hydrolyzed Amino Acid Solution in a normal saline solution in the hospital Pharmacy.
TNS is a unique product; no other reports of similar bio-pharma products have been found to date.
TNS is 17% heavier than native albumin, but has similar physical characteristics. TNS is chemically inert with low to no allergenicity. TNS seems to act as a source of substrate for the repair of the dysfunctional inflammatory cytokines.
In clinical use, 12 critically ill pediatric patients with Sepsis were treated with TNS. All 12 patients survived and fully recovered.

Dosing and Administration
